细致化护理模式应用于老年消化系肿瘤的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨对老年消化系肿瘤患者采取细致化护理模式的临床效果。方法选取2018年8月-2019年8月于中山市东凤人民医院就诊的40例老年消化系肿瘤患者作为研究对象,根据入院时间随机均分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者使用常规护理方式,观察组患者给予细致化护理,评价对比两组患者的心理状态改善情况、护理满意度、生活质量改善情况、依从性以及并发症发生情况。结果干预前两组生活质量评分比较(P>0.05),护理干预之后评价生活质量指标评分均升高,两组中观察组较高(P<0.05)。护理前两组负性情绪评分对比无差异(P>0.05);护理后负性情绪评分较对照组,观察组显著降低(P<0.05)。对照组和观察组患者经相应护理干预措施之后所得护理满意度分别为55.00%、95.00%,两组中观察组较高(P<0.05)。观察组总依从率为95%,明显高于对照组的55%,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。腹泻、胃潴留、腹胀等并发症发生率和对照组比较,两组中观察组较低(P<0.05)。结论对老年消化系肿瘤患者给予细致化护理,对改善患者生活质量、增强患者治疗信心、提高患者依从性有着明确效果。Objective To explore clinical effect of meticulous nursing mode for elderly patients with digestive system tumors.Methods The paper chose 40 elderly patients with digestive system tumors hospitalized in Zhongshan City Dongfeng People’s Hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 as study subjects,and divided them into observation group and control group randomly according to admission time.Control group was treated with routine nursing methods,and observation group with meticulous nursing.Improvement of psychological state,nursing satisfaction degree,life quality,compliance and complications was compared between two groups.Results Comparison of life quality scores in two groups before intervention showed(P>0.05),life quality scores in observation group were higher after nursing intervention,(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no difference in negative emotion scores between two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,negative emotion scores of observation group were significantly lower than control group,(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction degree of control group and observation group was 55.00%and 95.00%respectively after corresponding nursing intervention measures,that of observation group was higher,(P<0.05).Total compliance rate in observation group was 95%,significantly higher than control group(55%),difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Incidence of complications of diarrhea,gastric retention and abdominal distension in observation group was lower than in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Meticulous nursing can achieve definite effect on improving life quality,enhancing confidence and compliance in treatment of elderly patients with digestive system tumors.
