镁锌钙维生素D复合补充剂辅助治疗妊娠期糖尿病的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨镁锌钙维生素D复合补充剂(爱乐维)辅助治疗妊娠期糖尿病(gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM)的效果。方法选取2019年1月-2020年12月于江门市新会区人民医院就诊的GDM患者96例。按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各48例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组给予爱乐维复合补充剂辅助治疗,对比两组炎症指标、氧化应激水平、不良分娩结局。结果治疗后,观察组高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)以及炎症因子肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组总抗氧化能力(TAC)水平高于对照组,丙二醛(MDA)水平低于对照组(P<0.05),两组谷胱甘肽(GSH)、总亚硝酸盐水平对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组不良分娩结局发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论爱乐维辅助治疗GDM孕妇可降低机体炎症及氧化应激水平,对不良分娩结局影响较小。Objective To explore the effect of adjuvant treatment in gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)with magnesium zinc calcium vitamin D complex supplement(Elevit).Methods 96 patients with GDM treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment and the observation group was given adjuvant treatment with alovir compound supplement.The inflammatory indexes,oxidative stress level and adverse delivery outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),inflammatory factor tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)and the level of interleukin-6(IL-6)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the level of total antioxidant capacity(TAC)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the level of malondialdehyde(MDA)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the level of total nitrite between the two groups(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse delivery outcomes between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The adjuvant treatment of Elevit in GDM pregnant women can reduce the level of inflammation and oxidative stress,and has little effect on adverse delivery outcomes.
