摘　　要：目的分析探讨腹膜前无张力修补术治疗疝环填充式无张力修补术后疝复发的临床应用效果。方法所有患者均接受腹膜前无张力修补术治疗,将患者治疗前后的症状改善情况、生活质量状况与疝环填充式无张力修补术施行时的相关手术指标进行比较。结果治疗后患者的肿块、便秘、腹痛、水肿等症状均消失(P<0.05);患者治疗后的生活质量评分均高于治疗前(P<0.05);本次腹膜前无张力修补术的各项指标均优于疝环填充式无张力修补术(P<0.05)。结论腹膜前无张力修补术治疗疝环填充式无张力修补术后疝复发的临床效果明显,能够将病人在手术完成后的并发症发生风险大幅度降低,从而提高其治疗效果,有重要应用价值。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of tension-free preperitoneal repair in treating hernia recurrence after tension-free hernioplasty with mesh plug.Methods All patients received preperitoneal tension-free repair.The symptom improvement and quality of life of patients before and after treatment were compared with the relevant surgical indicators during the implementation of hernia ring-filled tension-free repair.Results After treatment,the symptoms of mass,constipation,abdominal pain and edema disappeared(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the patients after treatment were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).The indexes of this preperitoneal tension-free repair were better than those of the hernia ring-filled tension-free repair(P<0.05).Conclusion Tension-free preperitoneal repair is effective in treating hernia recurrence after tension-free hernioplasty,which can greatly reduce the risk of complications after the operation,thus improving the therapeutic effect,and has important application value.
