摘　　要：目的胸腰椎疾病往往引起脊髓神经根损伤,导致神经功能下降,以此分析脊髓神经运动功能标准化流程的临床护理价值。方法选取2020年10月-2022年6月本院收治的30例脊髓损伤(SCI)患者,随机分为对照组(常规干预,n=15)、实验组(脊髓神经运动功能标准化流程干预,n=15),比较护士理论、实践考核评分,患者住院日、住院费用,生活能力(Barther指数)、运动能力(FAM评分),对护士的满意率。结果实验组护士理论、实践考核分数高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者住院日、住院费用低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组Barther指数、FAM评分高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组对护士的满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胸腰椎疾病是引起SCI的重要原因之一,实施脊髓神经运动功能标准化流程干预不仅可提高护理人员的素质,还能缩短患者住院时间、降低住院费用,改善生活质量,更易被信任。Objective Thoracolumbar diseases often cause spinal cord nerve root injury,resulting in the decline of nerve function,so as to analyze the clinical nursing value of the standardized process of spinal cord neuromotor function.Methods 30 patients with spinal cord injury(SCI)treated in our department from October 2020 to June 2022 were randomly divided into control group(routine intervention,n=15)and experimental group(standardized process intervention of spinal cord neuromotor function,n=15).The scores of nurses’theory and practice assessment,hospitalization days,hospitalization expenses,living ability(barther index)and motor ability(FAM score)were compared,satisfaction rate of nurses.Results The scores of theory and practice examination of nurses in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The hospitalization days and hospitalization expenses of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);Barther index and fam score in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The satisfaction rate of nurses in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Thoracolumbar diseases are one of the important causes of SCI.The implementation of standardized process intervention of spinal cord neuromotor function can not only improve the quality of nurses,but also shorten the hospitalization time,reduce the hospitalization cost,improve the quality of life,and be more trusted.
