干扰素雾化吸入在手足口病中的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的对手足口病患儿采取干扰素雾化吸入进行治疗的临床效果加以分析。方法选择2019年1月-2020年1月接诊的轻症手足口病患儿120例作为本文观察对象,根据手足口病患儿的入院顺序对其进行分组。接受干扰素雾化吸入治疗的40例纳入研究组;接受利巴韦林注射液进行治疗的40例纳入对照1组,另选40例手足口病患儿作为空白对照组,纳入对照2组。三组手足口病患儿在接受临床治疗期间均给予常规口腔护理、补液、退热等对症支持治疗,对比三组手足口病患儿接受各自治疗方案之后的临床效果和不良反应出现情况。结果研究组与对照1组、对照2组手足口病患儿接受各自治疗方案之后的临床整体有效率对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);三组手足口病患儿治疗中产生不良反应情况对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床中对手足口病患儿提供干扰素雾化吸入治疗效果明显,且不良反应发生率较利巴韦林明显降低,应该给予推广与应用。Objective To analyze clinical effect of interferon atomization inhalation in children with hand foot mouth disease.Methods 120 children with mild hand,foot and mouth disease admitted from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as observation objects,and they were grouped according to the admission order of children with hand,foot and mouth disease.40 patients who received interferon atomization inhalation were included in the study group;40 cases treated with ribavirin injection were included in control group 1,and another 40 children with hand foot mouth disease were selected as the blank control group and included in control group 2.the three groups of children with hand,foot and mouth disease was treated with routine oral care,fluid infusion,antipyretic and other symptomatic support treatment during clinical treatment.Clinical effect and adverse reactions of the three groups of children with hand,foot and mouth disease compared after receiving their respective treatment schemes.Results Overall clinical effective rate difference of children with HFMD between study group and control group 1 and 2 after receiving respective treatment schemes was statistically significant(P<0.05).Adverse reactions difference was statistically significant among three groups with hand,foot and mouth disease(P<0.05).Conclusion During clinical practice,atomized inhalation of interferon can achieve obviouse effect for children with hand,foot and mouth disease,with significantly lower adverse reactions incidence than ribavirin,which should be promoted and applied greatly.
