耻骨联合结核病灶清除植骨钢板内固定手术的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨病灶清除植骨钢板内固定手术治疗耻骨联合结核的临床价值。方法回顾性分析2017年10月-2020年5月新疆医科大学第八附属医院5例耻骨联合结核患者临床资料,患者均接受病灶清除植骨钢板内固定手术治疗,对比患者治疗前后各项指标的差异。结果5例患者均完成术后随访,随访有效率100.00%(5/5)。末次随访时患者的FMA评分均高于术前,VAS评分低于术前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);所有患者术后均恢复良好,术后均未出现器官损伤等严重并发症,仅出现延迟愈合1例、切口感染1例。结论病灶清除植骨钢板内固定手术可有效改善耻骨联合结核患者运动功能,患者术后恢复快且疼痛明显减轻。Objective To explore the clinical value of focus removal,bone grafting and plate internal fixation in the treatment of pubic symphysis tuberculosis.Methods The clinical data of 5 patients with pubic symphysis tuberculosis in our hospital from October 2017 to May 2020 were analyzed retrospectively.All patients were treated with focus removal,bone grafting and internal fixation with steel plate.The differences of various indexes before and after treatment were compared.Results All 5 patients completed postoperative follow-up,and the follow-up effective rate was 100.00%(5/5).At the last follow-up,the FMA score of patients was higher than that before operation,and the VAS score was lower than that before operation(P<0.05).All patients recovered well after operation.There were no serious complications such as organ injury,only 1 case of delayed healing and 1 case of incision infection.Conclusion Lesion debridement and internal fixation with bone grafting plate can effectively improve the motor function of patients with pubic tuberculosis,and the patients recover quickly and reduce pain significantly.
