影响小儿静脉留置针留置时间的多因素分析及护理效果评价

摘　　要：目的分析影响小儿静脉留置针留置时间的多因素及护理效果。方法选择深圳市宝安区人民医院在2019年5月-2020年5月期间收治的100例需要采用静脉留置针输液治疗的患儿作为参照组,对其留置针留置时间的影响因素进行分析,总结相应的护理措施,并且将护理措施应用于2020年6月-2021年6月期间收治的另外100例(观察组)需要进行静脉留置针输液治疗的患儿护理中,比较两组患儿的留置针留置时间以及留置针并发症发生率差异。结果年龄、留置针并发症、输液药品是否有刺激性以及留置针相关知识掌握情况和留置针留置时间长短存在密切关系(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄、留置针并发症以及输液药品有刺激性是影响留置针留置时间的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。参照组患儿的留置针留置时间显著短于观察组患儿,组间数据差异形成统计学意义(P<0.05)。参照组患儿的留置针并发症发生率显著高于观察组患儿,组间数据差异形成统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿静脉留置针留置时间可受较多因素影响,及时对其影响因素进行分析,并且对患儿予以针对性护理干预,可以进一步延长留置针的留置时间,减少各种留置针并发症的发生。Objective To analyze the multiple factors affecting the indwelling time of intravenous indwelling needle in children and the nursing effect.Methods 100 children who need intravenous indwelling needle infusion in our hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the control group,the factors affecting the indwelling time of indwelling needle were analyzed,and the corresponding nursing measures were summarized.The nursing measures were applied to the nursing care of another 100 children(observation group)who needed intravenous indwelling needle infusion from June 2020 to June 2021.The indwelling time and the incidence of complications of indwelling needle were compared between the two groups.Results Age,complications of indwelling needle,irritation of infusion drugs and knowledge related to indwelling needle were closely related to the length of indwelling needle(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age,complications of indwelling needle and irritation of infusion drugs were independent risk factors affecting indwelling time of indwelling needle.The indwelling time of indwelling needle in the control group was significantly shorter than that in the observation group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of indwelling needle in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The indwelling time of intravenous indwelling needle in children can be affected by many factors.Timely analysis of its influencing factors and targeted nursing intervention can further prolong the indwelling time of indwelling needle and reduce the occurrence of various complications of indwelling needle.
