桃核承气汤经鼻腔肠管给药治疗重症急性胰腺炎伴肠功能障碍的临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析对重症急性胰腺炎伴肠功能障碍患者应用桃核承气汤经鼻腔肠管给药的临床应用效果。方法随机选取本院2020年9月-2021年7月收治的重症急性胰腺炎伴肠功能障碍患者60例作为研究对象,并以数字随机法将其进行分组,单纯采取西医治疗的为对照组(n=30),在西医治疗的基础上增加桃核承气汤经鼻腔肠管给药的为治疗组(n=30),比较两组疗效。结果治疗组患者治疗有效率明显高于对照组,各项指标恢复正常水平以及临床症状缓解时间用时均比对照组要短,转手术率比对照组低,治疗后1d、3d、5d APACHEⅡ评分结果均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论桃核承气汤经鼻腔肠管给药可以明显改善重症急性胰腺炎伴肠功能障碍患者的临床不适症状、提高治疗效果,值得推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Taohe Chengqi decoction through nasal jejunal tube in patients with severe acute pancreatitis with intestinal dysfunction.Methods 60 patients with severe acute pancreatitis with intestinal dysfunction treated in our hospital from September 2020 to July 2021 were randomly divided into two groups:control group(n=30)and treatment group(n=30).On the basis of western medicine treatment,Taohe Chengqi decoction was given through nasal jejunal tube as treatment group(nasty 30),and the curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the recovery of all indexes and the time of clinical symptom relief in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group,and the conversion rate of operation in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group.The APACHEⅡscore at 1 day,3 days and 5 days after treatment in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intranasal administration of Taohe Chengqi decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and therapeutic effect of severe acute pancreatitis with intestinal dysfunction,which is worth popularizing.
