体外冲击波联合针刺手法治疗第3腰椎横突综合征的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察体外冲击波联合针刺手法治疗第3腰椎横突综合征的疗效。方法选取第3腰椎横突综合征患者68例,每组34例,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组。对照组常规进行针刺穴位手法治疗,治疗组则在对照组的治疗基础上进行体外冲击波的治疗。在2周疗程后,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗组降低疼痛效果及改善腰椎功能显著高于对照组(P<0.05),总有效率间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论体外冲击波联合针刺手法治疗第3腰椎横突综合征的临床疗效显著。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with extracorporeal shock wave for transverse processes syndrome of the third lumbar vertebra.Methods A total of 68 cases of transverse processes syndrome of the third lumbar vertebra patients were randomly divided into an treatment group and a control group,34 cases in each one.The patients in the control group were treated with regular acupuncture.based on the acupuncture treatment in the control group,extracorporeal shock wave was added in the treatment group.After 2 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results The effect of reducing pain and improving lumbar function in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05),the difference of total effective rate was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Extracorporeal shock wave combined with acupuncture has a significant clinical effect on transverse processes syndrome of the third lumbar vertebra.
