产后24h红外线消肿联合硫酸镁冷热湿敷对会阴侧切伤口水肿的改善效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨产后24h红外线消肿联合硫酸镁冷热湿敷对会阴侧切伤口水肿的改善效果,为会阴侧切伤口的护理提供理论依据。方法选取2019年10月-2020年9月在深圳市福田区妇幼保健院进行会阴侧切的110例阴道分娩产妇为研究对象,随机分为研究组(n=55)和对照组(n=55)。对照组采用常规护理方法,研究组予以产后24h红外线消肿联合硫酸镁冷热湿敷。比较两组的会阴水肿情况、切口感染情况、伤口疼痛及愈合情况。结果研究组会阴水肿改善总有效率(96.36%)较对照组(83.64%)明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理后切口感染率较对照组低,伤口疼痛评分较对照组低,甲级切口愈合率高于对照组,切口愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论产后24h红外线消肿的同时辅助使用硫酸镁冷热湿敷,可更快速缓解会阴侧切水肿症状,预防感染并加速创面愈合,临床应用价值较高。Objective To explore the effect of 24 hours postpartum infrared detumescence combined with magnesium sulfate cold,hot and wet compress on episiotomy wound edema,and to provide theoretical basis for the nursing of episiotomy wound.Methods 110 pregnant women with vaginal delivery who underwent episiotomy in our hospital from October 2019 to September 2020 were randomly divided into study group(n=55)and control group(n=55).The control group was treated with routine nursing methods,and the study group was treated with infrared detumescence 24 hours postpartum combined with magnesium sulfate cold and hot wet compress.The perineal edema,incision infection,wound pain and healing were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of improving perineal edema in the study group(96.36%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(83.64%)(P<0.05);After nursing,the wound infection rate and wound pain score in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the grade a wound healing rate was higher than that in the control group,and the wound healing time was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion 24 hours postpartum infrared detumescence combined with cold,hot and wet compress of magnesium sulfate can more quickly alleviate the symptoms of episiotomy edema,prevent infection and accelerate wound healing.It has high clinical value.
