摘　　要：目的针对儿童呼吸和哮喘控制测试联合肺功能测试在支气管哮喘管理中应用效果进行分析及研究。方法本次研究纳入病例数总计为231例,均为本院收治的5岁以下支气管哮喘患儿,纳入对象收集年限为2020年1月-2021年12月。患儿在治疗时接受支气管哮喘管理,借助儿童呼吸和消除控制测试联合肺功能测试对治疗和管理效果进行评估,评价支气管哮喘管理对疾病控制效果的影响。结果治疗后量表评分及肺功能指标均高于对照组,且治疗3月量表评分及肺功能指标高于治疗1月(P<0.05);治疗干预1个月时,疾病完全控制效率为56.28%(130/231),3月时,疾病完全控制效率为83.98%(194/231)。结论儿童支气管哮喘管理中接受呼吸和哮喘控制测试联合肺功能测试具有积极作用,通过联合检测评级疾病控制效果,同时明确疾病程度,能够为治疗方案确定提供可靠依据,从而确切提升疾病控制效果,应用价值显著值得借鉴。Objective To analyze and study the effect of respiratory and asthma control test combined with pulmonary function test in bronchial asthma management in children.Methods A total of 231 cases were included in this study,all of which were children with bronchial asthma under 5 years old admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021.The children received bronchial asthma management during treatment,and the effect of treatment and management was evaluated by children’s respiratory and elimination control test combined with lung function test,and the effect of bronchial asthma management on disease control was evaluated.Results The scale scores and lung function indexes after treatment were higher than those in the control group,and the scale scores and lung function indexes at 3 months after treatment were higher than those at 1 month after treatment(P<0.05).The complete disease control efficiency was 56.28%(130/231)at 1 month and 83.98%(194/231)at 3 months.Conclusion In the management of bronchial asthma in children,the combination of respiratory and asthma control tests and lung function tests has positive effects.Through the combination of testing to grade the disease control effect and determine the degree of disease,it can provide a reliable basis for the determination of treatment plan,so as to accurately improve the disease control effect,and the application value is significantly worth learning.
