摘　　要：目的探究营养管理联合心理疏导对鼻咽癌患者营养状况及心理健康的影响。方法纳入本院2020年4~10月确诊为鼻咽癌的112例患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各56例。对照组采用常规护理和一般营养支持,实验组实施营养管理联合心理疏导。比较两组预后放疗前、放疗6周患者营养状况及心理健康情况。结果实验组营养指标Alb(白蛋白)、Hb(血红蛋白)、PA(前蛋白)、TP(总蛋白)、BMI(体质)、NRS-2002(营养筛查评估表)结果均优于对照组;心理状况指标SAS(焦虑自评量表)、SDS(抑郁自评量表)结果均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对鼻咽癌同步放化疗患者实施科学合理的营养管理,能够有效改善患者营养状况。结合心理疏导干预有效缓解患者负担心理,降低焦虑、抑郁发生,有益于患者康复。Objective To explore the effect of nutritional management combined with psychological counseling on the nutritional status and mental health of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods A total of 112 patients diagnosed with nasopharyngeal carcinoma from April 2020 to October 2020 in our hospital were included as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group with 56 cases each.The control group received routine nursing and general nutritional support,and the experimental group implemented nutritional management combined with psychological counseling.The prognosis of the two groups was compared with the nutritional status and mental health of the patients before and after 6 weeks of radiotherapy.Results The results of nutritional indicators Alb(albumin),Hb(hemoglobin),PA(pre-protein),TP(total protein),BMI(physique),and NRS-2002(nutrition screening assessment form)of the experimental group were better than those of the control group;the results of the psychological indicators SAS(Self-rating Anxiety Scale)and SDS(Self-rating Depression Scale)were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of scientific and reasonable nutritional management for patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma with concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy can effectively improve the nutritional status of patients.Combined with psychological counseling intervention,it can effectively relieve the burden of patients,reduce the occurrence of anxiety and depression,and be beneficial to the rehabilitation of patients.
