研究舒适护理对经皮肾输尿管镜碎石取石术患者生命体征及疼痛的影响

摘　　要：目的分析在经皮肾输尿管镜碎石取石术中进行舒适护理的效果。方法选择我院2017年1月-2019年12月接收的120例进行经皮肾输尿管镜碎石取石术的患者,将这些患者随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组接受常规护理,研究组护理模式为舒适护理,对比两组患者生命体征、心理情绪改善情况以及疼痛情况。结果研究组心率、血氧饱和度、血压水平、心理情绪改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对接受经皮肾输尿管镜碎石取石术的患者可实施舒适护理,能够缓解患者疼痛感。Objective To analyze effect of comfort nursing in percutaneous nephroureteroscopic lithotripsy.Methods The paper chose 120 patients with percutaneous nephrolithotomy in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019,and divided them into control group and study group randomly.Control group was treated with routine nursing and study group with comfortable nursing.Vital signs,psychological and emotional improvement and pains between two groups were compared.Results Improvement of heart rate,blood oxygen saturation,blood pressure and psychological emotion in study group was better than control group.Pain scores in study group were lower than control group,complications incidence in study group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfort nursing can alleviate pains of patients with percutaneous nephroureteroscopic lithotripsy.
