温针灸治疗朝医太阴人中风偏瘫的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究温针灸疗法治疗朝医太阴人中风偏瘫的效果。方法2018年12月-2020年6月收治朝医太阴人中风瘫痪62例随机分为观察组、对照组,每组各31例。对照组给予西医常规治疗及普通针刺治疗。观察组在对照组的治疗基础上,给予温针灸,比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率,Fugl-Meyer运动功能及Barthel指数评分显著更优(P<0.05)。结论朝医太阴人中风偏瘫实施温针灸疗效确切,可显著改善运动功能提高患者生活质量。Objective To study effect of warm acupuncture and moxibustion on apoplectic hemiplegia of Taiyin people.Methods The paper chose 62 patients with stroke paralysis of Taiyin from December 2018 to June 2020,and divided them into observation group and control group randomly.Control group was treated with routine western medicine and ordinary acupuncture,observation group with warm acupuncture and moxibustion on the basis of treatment of control group.Clinical effect was compared between two groups.Results Total effective rate,ugl Meyer motor function and Barthel index scores of observation group were significantly better,(P<0.05).Conclusion Warm acupuncture and moxibustion can achieve accurate effect in treatment of apoplectic hemiplegia of Taiyin,significantly improve motor function and life quality of patients.
