摘　　要：目的探讨输尿管镜手术治疗妊娠期输尿管结石的应用效果。方法选择2020年6月-2021年1月期间本院收治的38例妊娠期输尿管结石患者,回顾分析临床资料。将采取常规内科保守疗法的19例患者作为对照组,采取输尿管镜手术治疗的19例患者作为观察组。结果经保守治疗后,仍有6例患者反复腰痛改行输尿管镜手术治疗。两组患者均顺利度过围产期,且新生儿生命健康;与治疗前(术前)相比,两组治疗后(术后)1d、1周IFN-γ、IL-2水平均有所降低,IL-10、IL-6水平均有所提高,且观察组各项指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组肾绞痛再发率、早产率、先兆流产率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论输尿管镜手术治疗妊娠期输尿管结石的临床应用价值较高,炎性因子的变化较小,且手术安全、有效。Objective To investigate the effect of ureteroscopy in the treatment of ureteral calculi during pregnancy.Methods From June 2020 to January 2021,38 patients with ureteral calculi during pregnancy were selected and analyzed retrospectively.19 patients with conventional medical conservative therapy were selected as the control group,and 19 patients with ureteroscopic surgery were selected as the observation group.Results After conservative treatment,6 patients with recurrent low back pain underwent ureteroscopic surgery.Two groups of patients were successfully through the perinatal period,and neonatal life health;Compared with before treatment(before operation),IFN of the two groups after treatment(1 day,1 week)-γ、The levels of IL-2 were decreased,the levels of IL-10 and IL-6 were increased,and the indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of renal colic,premature birth rate and threatened abortion rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application value of ureteroscopic surgery in the treatment of ureteral calculi during pregnancy is high,the change of inflammatory factors is small,and the operation is safe and effective.
