中药外洗治疗+血液透析治疗尿毒症性皮肤瘙痒的效果观察

摘　　要：目的把我院收治的尿毒性皮肤瘙痒患者都使用中药外洗的治疗方式+血液透析治疗的方式,观察其临床疗效。方法把在2019年6月-2021年6月在我院进行治疗的尿毒症引起皮肤瘙痒的患者用随机数字表法分为了两组,并且需要分析两组治疗的资料,从而观察患者临床疗效,其中主要包括了患者的瘙痒治疗效果以及治疗的炎症水平的变化。结果治疗后,观察组临床疗效高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组生活能力、瘙痒程度相近(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者的PAF、CRP值差异不大(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组患者各项数据明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在尿毒症性皮肤瘙痒患者的临床治疗中,对患者采取中药外洗与血液透析治疗将更有利于提高患者临床疗效,减轻患者瘙痒程度,相较于单独用血液透析治疗更有利于提高患者生活能力,改善炎性因子水平,值得临床广泛应用。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine external washing and hemodialysis for patients with uremic itching skin.Methods The patients with itchy skin caused by uremia who were treated in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were divided into two groups by random numbers,and the treatment data of the two groups need to be analyzed to observe the clinical efficacy of the patients.It mainly includes the effect of the patient’s pruritus treatment and the changes in the level of inflammation treated.Results After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the living ability and the degree of itching in the two groups were similar(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was little difference in PAF and CRP values between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After treatment,the data of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with uremic skin pruritus,the use of traditional Chinese medicine external washing and hemodialysis treatment will be more conducive to improving the clinical efficacy of the patient,reducing the degree of itching of the patient,and improving the life ability of the patient compared with the treatment of hemodialysis alone.To improve the level of inflammatory factors,it is worthy of clinical application.
