摘 要:目的研究情景模拟视频在永久性起搏器植入术后健康教育中的应用。方法选取2020年7月-2021年12月在揭阳市人民医院接受永久性起搏器植入术的70例患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各35例,对照组患者接受常规护理干预及健康宣教,研究组患者在对照组常规健康宣教的基础上增加观看情景模拟视频的健康宣教,干预周期为术前一天开始至病人术后一周,比较两组患者出院时满意度、术后并发症发生情况和关于起搏器知识掌握程度,并比较两组患者干预后4周生活质量。结果研究组满意度评分高于对照组,基础知识、疾病注意事项、预防知识等知识掌握程度高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后4周研究组躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能及一般认知评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于情景模拟视频的健康教育可提高永久性起搏器植入患者知识掌握程度,减少术后并发症发生率,有效提高患者术后生活质量,并提升患者满意度,促进护患和谐。Objective To study the application of scene simulation video in health education after permanent pacemaker implantation.Methods 70 patients who underwent permanent pacemaker implantation in Jieyang people’s Hospital from July 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention and health education.The patients in the study group increased the health education of watching scene simulation video on the basis of routine health education in the control group.The intervention period was from one day before operation to one week after operation.The satisfaction at discharge,the incidence of postoperative complications and the mastery of pacemaker knowledge were compared between the two groups,and the quality of life of the two groups 4 weeks after intervention.Results The satisfaction score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the mastery of basic knowledge,disease precautions and prevention knowledge was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);Four weeks after intervention,the scores of physical function,psychological function,social function and general cognition in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education based on scene simulation video can improve the knowledge mastery of patients with permanent pacemaker implantation,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,effectively improve the postoperative quality of life,improve patient satisfaction and promote the harmony between nurses and patients.
