中医捏脊疗法联合药物治疗对小儿反复呼吸道感染临床疗效及免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探究小儿反复呼吸道感染(recurrent respiratory tract infections,RRTI)患者采取药物治疗联合中医捏脊疗法的疗效及其应用价值。方法抽取2017年1月-2020年12月本院RRTI患者60例纳入研究,应用随机分组法将研究对象分为观察、对照两组,每组30例。对照组采取常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上采取中医捏脊疗法治疗,观察两组患者的疗效、症状持续时间、发病次数以及免疫功能指标。结果治疗后,观察组患儿有效率93.33%,显著高于对照组患儿有效率66.67%,P<0.05;观察组的症状持续时间、发病次数均显著低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组患者的细胞免疫CD4、CD4/CD8高于对照组,CD8低于对照组;观察组体液免疫IgA、IgG、IgM高于对照组,P<0.05。结论RRTI患者采取药物治疗联合中医捏脊疗法的疗效显著,能够使得患者机体阳气得以补充,双重调节中枢神经系统以及周围神经,提高免疫力,值得推广。Objective To explore the efficacy of Pediatric Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infection(RRTI)to take drug treatment combined with Chinese medicine chiropractic treatment and its application value.Methods 60 patients with RRTI patients in the hospital from January 2017 to December 2020 were incorporated into research.The application of randomized grouping will be divided into observation group and control group,and 30 in each group.The control group took routine treatment,and the observation group took Chinese medicine to practice the treatment.The patient’s efficacy,symptom duration,number of incidence,and immune function indicators of two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the effective rate of the child was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 66.67%,P<0.05;the symptoms of the observation group,the number of times It was significantly lower than that of the control group,P<0.05;the cellular immune CD4,CD4/CD8 was higher than the control group,and CD8 was lower than the control group;Observing the immunization IgA,IgG and Igm of IgG and Igm were higher than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion RRTI patients adopt drug treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine chiropractic therapy,which enables the patient’s body yang to supplement,double regulate the central nervous system and surrounding nerves,improve immunity,is worth promoting.
