三维牵引联合自身被动牵引法治疗腰背痛的临床观察与研究

摘　　要：目的探讨三维牵引联合自身被动牵引法治疗腰背痛的临床效果。方法本研究纳入的对象均选取于2012年7月-2018年7月北京丰台医院收治的腰背痛患者共计300例,将应用三维牵引治疗的145例患者的临床资料列为对照组,将应用三维牵引联合自身被动牵引法治疗的155例患者临床资料列为观察组。比较两组临床效果。结果观察组治疗后自觉症状、临床检查及日常生活动作评分与对照组相比存在明显优势和差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组VAS评分均低于治疗前,且观察组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组指地距离相比,差异不显著;治疗5d、治疗10d后,两组指地距离相比,观察组距离缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组SF-36评分相比,治疗前两组差异不大(P>0.05),治疗后观察组评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论三维牵引联合自身被动牵引法治疗腰背痛的效果较好,可以有效提高治疗效果,降低患者的疼痛程度。Objective To explore clinical effect of three-dimensional traction combined with self passive traction in treatment of low back pain.Methods The paper included 300 cases low back pain patients treated in Beijing Fengtai Hospital from July 2012 to July 2018 as study subjects,clinical data of 145 cases were included in control group,treated with three-dimensional traction,those of 155 cases observation group treated with three-dimensional traction combined with self passive traction.Clinical effect between two groups was compared.Results There were significant advantages and difference in conscious symptoms,clinical examination and daily life action scores between observation group and control group,with statistical significance,(P<0.05);after treatment,VAS scores of two groups were lower than before treatment,VAS scores of observation group were lower than control group,with statistical significance,(P<0.05).There was no significant difference for finger ground distance between two groups before treatment;after 5 days and 10 days of treatment,finger ground distance of observation group was shorter,with statistical significance,(P<0.05).There was no significant difference for SF-36 scores between two groups before treatment,(P>0.05),scores of observation group were significantly higher than control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Three dimensional traction combined with self passive traction can achieve good effect in treatment of low back pain,improve treatment effect and reduce pain degree effectively.
