摘　　要：目的针对麻疹疑似病例的血清麻疹病毒IgM抗体检测结果做研究分析,以此了解病患的流行病学特征,以便制定针对性地预防麻疹的方案。方法选择研究对象为2017年2月-2020年2月实验室检测的400例麻疹疑似患者,都做了相应的血清麻疹病毒IgM抗体检测,其中阳性患者有29例,并从年龄分布、发病时间分布及疫苗接种情况分布等方面分析了阳性患者的麻疹病毒IgM抗体流行病特征。结果21~40岁没有接种过疫苗或是接种情况不清楚的病患的麻疹发病率较高;11月至次年5月是麻疹的高发时间段。结论通过对麻疹疑似病例做血清麻疹病毒IgM抗体的检测及分析,有助于了解和掌握麻疹的病发情况及其流行病学特征,以便为麻疹监测防控、疫苗接种和免疫强化等各项相关工作提供支持,从而全面防控麻疹的传播。Objective To study and analyze detection results of serum measles virus IgM antibody in suspected cases of measles,and understand epidemiological characteristics of patients,to formulate targeted measles prevention schemes.Methods The paper chose 400 cases suspected measles patients tested in our laboratory from February 2017 to February 2020 for study,and tested corresponding serum measles virus IgM antibody,including 29 positive patients,and analyzed epidemiological characteristics of measles virus IgM antibody of positive patients from aspects of age distribution,onset time distribution and vaccination distribution.Results Patients of 21-40 not receiving vaccination or with unclear vaccination have high incidence of measles,with high incidence rate of measles from November to May of the next year.Conclusion Detection and analysis of serum measles virus IgM antibody in suspected measles cases is helpful to understand and master incidence and epidemiological characteristics of measles,can provide support for measles monitoring,prevention and control,vaccination and immune enhancement,and prevent and control spread of measles comprehensively.
