摘  要:目的探究对育龄妇女采取预防艾滋病母婴传播知识健康教育干预的效果。方法选取2019年1~6月前来绵阳市妇幼保健院进行健康体检的400名育龄妇女作为研究对象,所有育龄妇女均进行预防艾滋病母婴传播知识健康教育干预,对比干预前后育龄妇女艾滋病基本信息了解率、预防艾滋病母婴传播知识了解率、自我保护意识拥有率。结果干预后育龄妇女艾滋病基本信息了解率、预防艾滋病母婴传播知识了解率、自我保护意识拥有率均显著高于干预前(P<0.05)。结论对育龄妇女进行预防艾滋病母婴传播知识健康教育效果显著,可有效提高育龄妇女艾滋病相关知识普及度,提升育龄妇女自我保护意识,值得被大力地推广以及应用。Objective To explore effect of knowledge health education intervention on preventling mother to child transmission of AIDS among women of childbearing age.Methods The paper chose 400 women of childbearing age in Mianyang City Maternal and Child Health-Care Hospital for health examination from January 2019 to June 2019 as research objects,treated with knowledge health education intervention to prevent mother to child transmission of AIDS.Understanding rate of AIDS basic information before and after intervention,that of knowledge on mother to child transmission and that of self-protection awareness were compared.Results After intervention,understanding rate of AIDS basic information,that of knowledge on mother to child transmission and the self-protection awareness of women of childbearing age were significantly higher than those before intervention,(P<0.05).Conclusion Knowledge health education on preventing mother to child transmission of AIDS can achieve significant effect among women of childbearing age,improve popularity of AIDS related knowledge effectively,and enhance their self-protection awareness,which is worthy of promotion and application.
