玫芦消痤膏及玫芦消痤膏联合用药治疗湿疹临床效果的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的通过Meta分析系统评价玫芦消痤膏及玫芦消痤膏联合用药治疗湿疹的临床疗效。方法以“玫芦消痤膏”和“湿疹”为关键词,通过检索维普、万方、中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库,搜索玫芦消痤膏治疗湿疹的随机对照研究,检索时间不限。应用Cochrane系统评价的“偏倚风险评价”工具对纳入文献进行质量评价,同时运用Revman5.3软件对纳入文献的疗效指标进行Meta分析。结果纳入研究文献5篇,共计410例患者。Meta分析结果显示,玫芦消痤膏治疗湿疹的总有效率、痊愈率、显效情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论玫芦消痤膏及玫芦消痤膏联合用药治疗湿疹的疗效明显,值得临床推荐应用。Objective To systematically evaluate the effectiveness and side effects of Meilu Xiaocuo ointment and Meilu Xiaocuo ointment combined with other medicine in the treatment of the eczema.Methods Studies,which were identified as randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of Meilu Xiaocuo ointment in the treatment of the eczema,were searched.Articles were obtained from VIP,Wanfang databased,CNKI and Chinese Biomedical Literature Database by searching“Meilu Xiaocuo Ointment”and“Eczema”as keywords.The corresponding risk of bias assessment of included RCTs were conducted according to the Cochrane system,and meta-analysis on efficacy indicators included in the literature was performed suing Review Manager 5.3 statistical software.Results 5 articles and 410 patients were included in this study,Meta-analysis results showed that the recurrence rate and effectiveness rate and obvious effect of the Meilu Xiaocuo ointment and Meilu Xiaocuo ointment combined with other medicine treatment group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Meilu Xiaocuo ointment and Meilu Xiaocuo ointment is effective in the treatment of eczema,which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
