通络活血方联合温针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效及对炎性因子的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)采用通络活血方和温针灸治疗的临床疗效,并观察炎症因子的表达水平的变化情况。方法选择2019年2月-2021年2月的LDH患者共80例,两组患者在入院后均采用甲钴胺片和双氯芬酸钠缓释片治疗,对照组采用温针灸治疗,观察组采用温针灸联合通络活血方,两组患者各治疗4周。观察临床有效率,在治疗前后采用ELISA法检测患者的肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-1β(IL-1β)、白介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)。结果对照组和观察组的临床有效率分别为75.00%和92.50%,观察组临床有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),对比差异具有统计学意义。两组患者治疗前TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6和Hs-CRP水平对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经治疗后,两组患者的TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6和Hs-CRP水平较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组治疗后的TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6和Hs-CRP水平较对照组降低明显(P<0.05),对比差异具有统计学意义。结论LDH患者采用通络活血方和温针灸治疗可有效的提高临床疗效,降低了炎症因子表达水平,具有较高的临床运用价值。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of lumbar disc herniation(LDH)using Tongluo live blood and warm acupuncture treatment,and observe changes in the expression level of inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 80 patients with lumbar disc herniation in February 2019 from February 2021,and the two groups were treated with methyleltraamine tablets and sodium dibliactone after admission.The control group was treated with temperature acupuncture treatment.The group used warm conjuginal joint Tongluo,and the two groups were treated 4 weeks.The clinical efficiency was observed,and the patient’s tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleene-6(IL-6),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(HS)were detected by ELISA method before and after treatment.-CRP).Results The clinical effectiveness of the control group and observation group was 75.00%and 92.50%,respectively,and the clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the comparison difference has statistically significant.There was no significant difference in TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6 and HS-CRP levels before the treatment of two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,TNF-α,IL-1β,IL of two groups of patients-6 and HS-CRP levels were lower than the treatment(P>0.05),and the TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6 and HS-CRP levels after the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),comparison Differences have statistical significance.Conclusion LDH patients use Tongluo living blood and warm acupuncture treatment to improve clinical efficacy,reducing the expression level of inflammatory factors,with high clinical use value.
