摘　　要：目的研究黄芫花中总黄酮提取工艺,并分离纯化山奈酚。方法通过单因素试验及正交试验探讨总黄酮提取工艺;采用大孔吸附树脂柱,硅胶柱及薄层制备纯化山奈酚。结果黄芫花总黄酮提取工艺为:20倍量70%乙醇回流提取3次,每次45min;薄层制备得到山奈酚。结论该提取工艺简便,山奈酚纯化方法简单,重现性好。Objective Study on extraction process of total flavonoids in Wikstroemia chamaedaphne,separation and purification of quercetin and kaempferol.Methods Study on Extraction Technology of total flavonoids by single factor tes-t and orthogonal test;Macroporous adsorption resin column,silica gel column and the Preparation of TLC preparation purification of quercetin and kaempferol.Results Process for the extraction of total flavonoids from wikstroemia chamaedaphne:20 times the amount of 70%ethanol reflux extraction of 3 times,every 45min;Preparation of Kaempferol by the Preparation of TLC preparation.Conclusion The ex-traction process is simple,the o purification method of flavonols is simple,good reproducibility.
