结直肠癌患者及照顾者造口护理的预警教育

摘　　要：目的研究预警教育用于结直肠癌患者及照顾者造口护理中的效果。方法选择本院2016年6月至2019年6月期间收治的120例需要行造口术的结直肠癌患者。随机分为研究组(n=60,健康教育结合预警教育)与对照组(纯粹健康教育)。比较两组护理配合度、并发症发生情况以及SAS、SDS评分。结果护理后,两组患者、照顾者护理配合度差异显著,均为研究组更佳(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率更低(P<0.05)。护理前,2组SAS、SDS评分差异无意义(P>0.05);护理后,SAS、SDS评分均为研究组更低(P<0.05)。结论预警教育能够提高患者、照顾者护理配合度,促进患者康复。Objective To study effect of early warning education in stoma care for patients with colorectal cancer and their caregivers.Methods We chose 120 patients with colorectal cancer who needed ostomy in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2019,divided them into study group(n=60,health education combined with early warning education)and control group(pure health education)randomly.Compare degree of nursing cooperation,complications,SAS and SDS scores between two groups.Results After nursing,there was significant difference in degree of cooperation between two groups of patients and caregivers,and study group was better(P<0.05).Incidence of complications in study group was lower(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,SAS and SDS scores were lower in study group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early warning education can improve nursing cooperation of patients and caregivers,and promote recovery of patients.
