摘  要:目的探究实施PDCA模式对提升医院整体护理质量以及患者满意度重要性。方法本研究2019年6~7月开展PDCA模式前住院患者为基础组,再挑选2020年6~7月住院患者实施PDCA模式为研究组。比对开展PDCA模式前后整体护理质量以及患者满意度变化情况。结果开展后研究组患者整体护理质量评分和总护理满意度明显高于基础组(P<0.05)。结论针对临床收治的疾病患者,通过开展PDCA模式后不仅能提升患者对护理服务满意度,同时还能提升整体护理质量。Objective To explore the importance of implementing PDCA mode to improve the overall nursing quality and patient satisfaction in hospitals.Methods In this study,the inpatients before PDCA mode was carried out from June to July 2019 as the basic group,and then the inpatients from June to July 2020 were selected as the research group.To compare the changes of holistic nursing quality and patient satisfaction before and after PDCA mode.Results The overall nursing quality score and the overall nursing satisfaction of the patients in the study group were significantly higher than those in the basic group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with clinical diseases,PDCA mode can not only significantly improve patients’satisfaction with nursing service,but also significantly improve the overall nursing quality.
