摘 要:目的分析对2型糖尿病患者行反思性教育模式对其自我护理能力和血糖控制的影响。方法选择2018年1月至2020年1月收治的88例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,分为对照组(44例,接受常规健康教育)和观察组(44例,接受反思性教育模式)。结果对比两组患者教育前后的血糖控制情况、自我护理能力评分、教育护理干预情况,与对照组相对比,观察组患者经教育后血糖控制情况更优,自我护理能力评分更高,教育护理干预情况更好,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对2型糖尿病患者行反思性教育模式,可帮助患者掌握或提升自我护理能力,使其在家期间也能按时、按量用药,保障其药物治疗效果,有效改善其生活、饮食习惯,控制其日常血糖值。Objective To analyze the effect of reflective education mode on self-care ability and blood glucose control in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods From January 2018 to January 2020,88 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected and divided into control group(44 cases,receiving routine health education)and observation group(44 cases,receiving reflective education mode).Results The blood glucose control,self-care ability score,education and nursing intervention of the two groups before and after education were compared.Compared with the control group,the observation group had better blood glucose control,higher self-care ability score and better education and nursing intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The reflective education mode for patients with type 2 diabetes can help them master or improve their self-care ability,enable them to use drugs on time and in accordance with the amount during their stay at home,ensure the effect of drug treatment,effectively improve their living and eating habits,and control their daily blood glucose value.
