摘　　要：目的探讨快速康复技术对于妇科围手术期患者的护理效果。方法选取2017年5月至2018年5月在我院住院治疗的妇科患者50例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组两组,每组各25例。对照组患者进行常规围手术期护理,实验组患者进行常规围手术期护理结合快速康复技术,对比观察患者的护理依从性情况、并发症发生情况以及住院时间。结果护理依从性评分显示实验组饮食较好;在服药依从性方面实验组服药依从性为优;在康复训练评价方面实验组评分较好,P<0.05。结论对妇科住院患者采用快速康复技术结合常规护理效果较好,可以推广实践。Objective To explore nursing effect of rapid rehabilitation technology for gynecological patients during perioperative period.Methods We chose 50 cases of gynecological patients hospitalized in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018,divided them into control group and experimental group randomly,with 25 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine perioperative nursing,and experimental group with routine perioperative nursing combined with rapid rehabilitation techniques.Compare and observe compliance with nursing,complications incidence,and length of hospital stay between two groups.Results Nursing compliance scores showed experimental group had better diet;in terms of medication compliance,experimental group had better medication compliance;in terms of rehabilitation training evaluation,experimental group scored better,P<0.05.Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation technology combined with routine nursing can achieve better effect for gynecological inpatients,which can be promoted in practice.
