益气养阴活血清利方治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨益气养阴活血清利方联合西医常规疗法对治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效观察。方法选取本院近2年收治的糖尿病肾病患者70例,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组35例。对照组使用西医的常规治疗方法,实验组在对照组基础上增加益气养阴活血清利方进行治疗,两组患者以4周为1个治疗周期,治疗2个周期,并对两组患者进行观察。结果两组患者治疗后,患者的尿蛋白定量、GFR等指标皆有明显的改善。两组之间进行对比观察发现,益气养阴活血清利方在糖尿病肾病的治疗中取得的治疗效果明显高于西医常规治疗的效果。两组之间对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气养阴活血清利方结合西医常规疗法可以有效提高患者的临床疗效,其临床疗效更优于传统的西医常规治疗方法。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Qingli Prescription combined with western medicine in treating diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 70 patients with diabetic nephropathy in our hospital in recent 2 years were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 35 patients in each group.The control group was treated with the conventional treatment of western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with the prescription of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Qingli Prescription.Two groups of patients with 4 weeks as a treatment cycle,treatment of 2 cycles,and the two groups of patients were observed.Results After treatment,urinary protein content and GFR were significantly improved in the two groups,the curative effect of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Qingli Prescription in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy is obviously higher than that of conventional treatment of western medicine.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical curative effect of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Qingli Prescription combined with western medicine routine therapy can be improved effectively,and its clinical curative effect is better than traditional western medicine routine therapy.
