应用Mammotome微创手术治疗乳腺良性小病灶的近期疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探究超声引导下乳腺旋切(Mammotome)微创手术在乳腺良性小病灶治疗中的临床疗效。方法选取我院2018年12月至2019年12月收治的60例乳腺良性小病灶患者作为这次研究中的观察对象,根据手术治疗方式将其分为对照组和观察组,每组30例,对照组、观察组分别行传统切口手术、Mammotome微创手术,对比两组手术指标、乳房美观度,手术时间,住院时间,切口疤痕等。结果观察组手术指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组患者乳头乳晕感觉、切口瘢痕、色素沉着、乳房形状评分均更高(P<0.05)。结论超声引导下乳腺旋切(Mammotome)微创手术在乳腺良性小病灶治疗中的近期疗效显著,可提高乳房美观度,缩短手术时间,疗效安全可靠,有着很高的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Mammotome minimally invasive surgery on benign small breast lesions.Methods Sixty patients with benign small breast lesions admitted in our hospital in December 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects,divided into two groups,30 cases in each group,the control group and the observation group were treated with traditional incision surgery,Mammotome minimally invasive surgery,and compared the two groups of surgical indicators,breast beauty.Results The operative indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of nipple areola sensation,incision scar,pigmentation and breast shape in the observation group were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Mammotome minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of benign breast lesions in the short-term effect is significant,can improve the beauty of the breast.
