摘　　要：目的探讨去痛平台在日间癌痛患者日常疼痛管理中的有效应用。方法纳入我院于2019年1月至2019年12月时段内收治的98例癌痛患者为对象展开研究分析,根据患者就诊日期的先后顺序分成两组,对照组(49例)通过传统随访形式记录治疗数据,实验组(49例)通过去痛平台实时采集治疗数据,对比两组患者的日平均爆发性疼痛次数与出院前1d疼痛数字评分法(NRS)评分。结果实验组患者的NRS评分低于对照组,日平均爆发性疼痛次数少于对照组,相应数据组间差别可见统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论借由去痛平台对日间癌痛患者行日常疼痛管理,可以延长患者的疼痛控制有效天数,减少患者的日平均爆发性疼痛次数,有利于患者生活质量的提升。Objective To explore the effective application of pain-removal platform in daily pain management of patients with daytime cancer pain.Methods A total of 98 patients with cancer pain admitted to our hospital between January 2019 and December 2019 were included in the study.The patients were divided into two groups according to the order of the patient’s visit date.The control group(49 patients)was followed up by traditional follow-up.The treatment data was recorded in the format.The experimental group(49 cases)collected the treatment data in real time through the pain relief platform,and compared the daily average number of burst pains between the two groups with the 1-day pain digital score(NRS)score before discharge.Results The NRS scores of patients in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the average number of daily burst pains was less than that in the control group.The differences between the corresponding data groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The daily pain management of patients with day-to-day cancer pain can be extended by the pain-removal platform,which can prolong the effective days of pain control,reduce the average number of daily burst pains of patients,and help improve the quality of life of patients.
