研究团体心理护理干预在护理团队管理中应用的价值

摘　　要：目的探究团体心理护理干预在护理团队管理中的应用价值。方法纳入2017年12月至2019年5月在本院工作的护理人员164例,将其按照单双号分组方式分为研究组82例与参照组82例,参照组仅给予健康讲座心理护理,研究组在心理讲座护理基础上,给予其其他方式的团体心理护理干预,比较组间护理人员护理前后焦虑与抑郁及自我和谐评分。结果护理前,组间护理人员各项评分无显著差异,P>0.05,经过护理干预后,均得到相应改善,其中,研究组在焦虑评分、抑郁评分、自我灵活性、自我刻板性、自我与经验不和谐等评分改善效果显著,与参照组相比,差异呈P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论在护理团队管理中,实施团体心理护理干预,可有效提升护理人员心理健康状态,降低其不良情绪,提升护理人员自我和谐水平,具有一定临床应用价值。Objective To explore application value of group psychological nursing intervention in nursing team management.Methods Choose 164 cases nursing staffs working in our hospital from December 2017 to May 2019,divide them into research group 82 cases and reference group 82 cases according to single and double numbers.Reference group was treated with health lectures of psychological nursing,and research group with group psychological nursing intervention on the basis of psychological lecture nursing.Compare anxiety,depression and self-harmony scores of nursing staff before and after nursing between groups.Results Before nursing,nursing staff scores showed no significant difference between groups,P>0.05.After nursing intervention,all of them were improved accordingly.Anxiety scores,depression scores,self-flexibility,self-stereotype,disharmony between self and experience of study group showed P<0.05 against control group,difference was statistically significant.Conclusion In management of nursing teams,group psychological nursing intervention can improve mental health status of nursing staff effectively,reduce their negative emotions,and improve self-harmony level,which has certain clinical application value.
