摘 要:目的分析MRI及3D-STIR序列联合应用在腰椎间盘突出症中的应用价值。方法随机选取2017年11月至2019年1月我院收治的70例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,将所有患者分为对照组和观察组,各35例,其中对照组采用MRI常规扫描,观察组应用MRI及3D-STIR序列联合神经成像技术扫描,观察分析两组患者的神经成像及病理结果,比较两组患者的病变脊神经根受压的正确指数和敏感性。结果观察组脊神经根受压的正确指数和敏感性明显优于对照组,与对照组产生明显差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的神经成像及病理结果检测分析优于对照组,数据成像差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MRI及3D-STIR序列联合神经成像技术能清晰显示腰椎间盘突出症患者的脊神经根受压情况,提高检测脊神经根受压的正确性和敏感性,也能准确分析患者的神经成像和病理结果,具有实际的临床价值。Objective to analyze application value of combined application of MRI and 3D-STIR sequence in lumbar disc herniation.Methods choose 70 cases lumbar disc herniation patients admitted in our hospital from November 2017 to January 2019 as research objects.Divide them into control group and observation group randomly,35 cases in each.Control group was treated with routine scanning,and observation group with MRI and 3D-STIR sequence combined with neuroimaging technology.Observe and analyze neuroimaging and pathological results,and correct index and sensitivity of compressed spinal nerve roots between two groups.Results correct index and sensitivity of compressed spinal nerve roots in observation group was significantly better than control group,with statistically significanct difference(P<0.05);neuroimaging and pathological results of observation group were better than control group,with statistically significanct difference(P<0.05).Conclusion MRI and 3D-STIR sequence combined with neuroimaging can show compression of spinal nerve roots clearly of lumbar disc herniation patients,improve accuracy and sensitivity of detecting spinal nerve root compressions,and analyze neuroimaging and pathological results of patients accurately,which is of practical clinical value.
