醒脑调神针刺法配合耳穴压豆治疗运动员失眠临床分析

摘　　要：目的 探究醒脑调神针刺法配合耳穴压豆治疗运动员失眠临床效果。方法 此次研究选取200例运动员失眠患者,研究时间为2017年1月至2018年12月,分为对照组与观察组,每组各100例。给予对照组醒脑调神针刺法治疗,给予观察组醒脑调神针刺法配合耳穴压豆治疗。回顾分析两组患者临床资料,对比治疗效果、症状评分,进行统计学分析。结果 研究组治疗有效率明显高于参照组,P<0.05,形成统计学意义。研究组治疗后症状评分明显优于参照组,P<0.05,形成统计学意义。结论 对运动员失眠者实施醒脑调神针刺法配合耳穴压豆治疗,有效提高治疗有效率,改善临床症状应用效果显著。Objective to explore clinical effect of acupuncture method of invigorating brain and regulating mind combined with auricular points plaster therapy in treatment of insomnia athletes.Methods choose 200 cases insomnia athletes from January 2017 to December 2018 in the study,divide them into control group and observation group,100 cases in each group.Control group was treated with acupuncture method of invigorating brain and regulating mind,and observation group with acupuncture method of invigorating brain and regulating mind combined with auricular points plaster therapy.Review and analyze clinical data of two groups,compare treatment effect and symptom scores for statistical analysis.Results treatment effect of study group was significantly higher than reference group,P<0.05,which was statistically significant.Symptom scores of research group were significantly better than reference group after treatment,P<0.05,which was statistically significant.Conclusion acupuncture method of invigorating brain and regulating mind combined with auricular points plaster therapy can improve treatment effect on insomnia athletes effectively and improve their clinical symptoms.
