尿沉渣分析仪法和镜检法在尿液检测中的应用价值及红白细胞阳性率、管型阳性率精准度分析

摘　　要：目的探讨尿沉渣分析仪法和镜检法在尿液检测中的应用价值及红白细胞阳性率、管型阳性率精准度。方法随机收集2019年2月至6月在我院就诊患者清洁中段尿标本384例进行研究。收集患者清洁中段尿,分别采用尿沉渣分析仪和镜检法对红白细胞及管型进行检测。以镜检法为金标准计算尿沉渣分析仪检测的灵敏度、特异度及准确度,并以Kappa检验对两种检测方法进行一致性分析。结果尿沉渣分析仪对红细胞、白细胞、管型分析中,尿沉渣分析仪与镜检结果一致性分析Kappa值分别为0.871、0.867、0.838(P<0.05)。结论尿沉渣分析仪对尿液分析中红、白细胞及管型检查均具有较高的灵敏度、特异度及准确度,尿沉渣分析仪与镜检法检查结果具有较高的一致性。Objective to explore application value of urine sediment analyzer and microscopy in urine detection and accuracy of red and white blood cell positive rate and cast positive rate.Methods collect 384 cases clean mid-stage urine specimens patients treated in our hospital from February to June 2019 for research.Collect clean mid-stage urine of patients,detect red and white blood cells and casts with red sediment analyzer and microscopy.Calculate sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of urine sediment analyzer with microscopic method as gold standard,carry on consistency analysis of two detection methods with Kappa test.Results during analysis of erythrocytes,leukocytes and casts with urine sediment analyzer,microscopy and consistency analysis,Kappa values of urine sediment analyzer and microscopy were 0.871,0.867 and 0.838(P<0.05).Conclusion urine sediment analyzer has high sensitivity,specificity and accuracy for examination of red,white blood cells and cast in urine analysis.Result of urine sediment analyzer and microscopic examination have high consistency.
