社区家庭护理干预对老年痴呆患者及照料者生活质量影响观察

摘　　要：目的探究社区家庭护理干预对老年痴呆患者及照料者生活质量的影响。方法随机抽取80例老年痴呆病例纳入实验研究,其均于2014年5月-2019年5月入我院干预,采用等量数字随机进行分组干预,分别应用社区家庭护理干预方式(实验组)进行护理干预及常规护理干预方式(对照组)进行干预。结果实验组的生活质量主要包括智能状态和日常生活能力显著优于对照组,且对照组的生活质量主要包括生理功能、心理功能、社会职能和情感职能评分均高于对照组,差异较大,P<0.05。结论对社区家庭护理应用于老年痴呆病例之中,有利于提升患者的智能和日常生活能力,有利于提升照料者的生活质量。Objective to explore effect of community home nursing intervention on life quality of dementia patients and caregivers.Methods choose 80 cases Alzheimer’s disease patients from May 2014 to May 2019 randomly for experimental study.Divide them into groups for intervention with same number random method,treat them with community home care intervention method(experimental group),and nursing intervention and routine nursing intervention(control group).Results life quality of experimental group mainly including intelligence status and daily life ability was significantly better than control group,and life quality of experimental group mainly including physiological function,psychological function,social function and emotional function scores were higher than control group,difference was significant,P<0.05.Conclusion community home care can improve intelligence and daily living ability of Alzheimer’s disease patients,which is conducive to improving life quality of caregivers.
