舒缓护理在癌症患者临终阶段的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析舒缓护理在癌症患者临终阶段的应用效果。方法随机将我院在2018年3月至2019年3月期间收治的100例癌症临终阶段患者作为研究对象,并将其依据数字随机法分组,一组采用常规护理措施,归纳为常规组,一组给与舒缓护理,归纳为研究组,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果研究组各项数据与常规组比较存在统计学意义;研究组患者的护理满意度为96%(48例),较常规组的80%(40例)更高,数据差异存在统计学意义。结论舒缓护理可以有效提升癌症患者在临终阶段的生活质量,使患者对护理更为满意,其临床应用价值较高,值得推广使用。Objective to analyze effect of soothing nursing at terminal stage of cancer patients.Methods choose 100 cases cancer patients at terminal stage of cancer from March 2018 to March 2019 in our hospital randomly as research objects,divide them into groups according to digital random method.Routine group was treated wtih routine nursing measures,research group with soothing nursing.Compare nursing effects between two groups.Results data in research group were statistically higher than routine group;nursing satisfaction degree of research group was 96%(48 cases),higher than 80%(40 cases)of routine group,data differences were statistically significant.Conclusion soothing nursing can improve life quality of cancer patients at termial stage effectively,increarse satisfaction degree with nursing with higher clinical application value,which is worthy of promotion and application.
