利多卡因联合声频共振治疗神经性耳鸣的临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析利多卡因联合声频共振治疗神经性耳鸣的效果。方法选择我院神经性耳鸣患者作为研究对象,治疗时间是2018年1月至2019年1月,选取的病例数80例。使用随机数字法将患者分成两组,即实验组和对照组,每组均为40例患者,对照组采用的治疗方案为利多卡因静脉滴注,实验组的治疗方案为多卡因联合声频共振,对两组患者取得的效果进行对比分析。结果应用利多卡因联合声频共振治疗的实验组患者的治疗总有效率、耳鸣程度评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论利多卡因联合声频共振治疗神经性耳鸣效果比较理想,能够有效控制病情,值得推广使用。Objective to analyze effect of lidocaine combined with acoustic resonance on neurological tinnitus.Methods choose 80 cases neurological tinnitus patients in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 as research objects,divide them into two groups random number method,namely experimental group and control group,40 cases in each group.Control group was treated with lidocaine intravenous infusion,and experimental group with docaine combined with audio resonance.Compare and analyze effect of two groups.Results total effective rate and tinnitus scores of experimental group with lidocaine combined with acoustic resonance therapy were better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion lidocaine combined with acoustic resonance can achieve ideal effect in treatment of neurological tinnitus,can control condition effectively,which is worthy of promotion and applicaiton.
