Objective To analyze the influence of ultrasound diagnosis on congenital dislocation of hip in infants and young children and its application value. Methods Sixty-seven clinical data were collected from infants and young children with congenital dislocation of hip who were diagnosed in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 and were diagnosed, they were research group.67 infants were used as the control group. Both groups of infants and young children were diagnosed by ultrasound, and the results of ultrasound diagnosis were compared and analyzed. Results After a retrospective analysis, compared with the control group, the research group were all infants with congenital dislocation of the hip joint. After ultrasound diagnosis, the results showed that the diagnosis rate was 95.52%.Conclusion The diagnosis of congenital dislocation of hip in infants and young children by ultrasound is beneficial to obtain a more accurate diagnosis, this diagnosis method is safer, has the advantages of convenient operation,non-invasive and non-ray,and has an important role in subsequent clinical diagnosis and treatment,it is worthy of clinical promotion and wide application.
