摘　　要：目的探讨针对性心理护理对减轻耳鼻喉部手术患者术后疼痛的作用效果。方法选取2017年1月至2018年12月我院收治的100例耳鼻喉部位手术患者,依据患者入院先后将其等分为对照组与观察组。对照组实施常规性护理,观察组实施针对性心理护理,对比分析两组患者术后发生疼痛的程度评分进行评价,同时要比较两组患者对于护理工作的满意度情况。结果观察组患者和对照组患者相比,观察组的术后发生的疼痛率更低,满意度更高,两者间的比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性心理护理对减轻耳鼻喉患者术后疼痛的作用效果明显,可以疏导患者的不良情绪,值得在临床之中广泛应用。Objective To explore effect of targeted psychological nursing on reducing postoperative pain in patients with ENT surgery.Methods Choose 100 cases ENT surgery patients in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018,divide them into control group and observation group according to admissions.Control group was treated with routine nursing,observation group with targeted psychological nursing.Compare and analyse postoperative pain scores,and satisfaction of nursing work between two groups.Results Postoperative pain rate in observation group was lower,and and satisfaction degree was higher than control group.Comparison was statistically significant between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted psychological care has significant effect on reducing postoperative pain in patients with otolaryngology,can ease their bad emotions,which is worthy of wide application in clinical practice.
