引入“五常法”提升重症医学科护理管理质量的实践及效果

摘　　要：目的分析"五常法"提升重症医学科护理管理质量的实践及效果。方法选用"五常法"理论加以规范性的管理,对比两组前后某医院重症医学抢救成功率与患者的满意度差异。结果医护人员的工作环境与患者住院环境得以有效的改善,增强了团队协作精神,可以有效的提高患者满意度,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论选用"五常法"能进行科学化的管理,在实施方面,方法较为简单、提升了重症医学科医护服务治疗,非常值得推广。Objective To analyze practice and effect of"Five-Chang Method"to improve ICU nursing management quality.Methods To compare difference between ICU rescue success rate and satisfaction of patients in a hospital of two groups before and after strengthening standardized management with theory"Five-Chang Method".Results Working environment of medical staffs and hospitalization environment of patients were improved effectively,teamwork spirit was enhanced,and satisfaction of patient was improved effectively,with statistically significant difference,(P<0.05).Conclusion"Five-Chang Method"can strengthen scientific management with relatively simple operation,improve ICU medical treatment service,which is worthy of promotion.
