生脉注射液联合低温可调钠血液透析在预防IDH的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨生脉注射液联合低温可调钠血液透析在防治血液透析相关性低血压(IDH)中的临床疗效。方法透析过程中低血压的维持性血液透析患者30例,将其分成两组,其中对照组15例,观察组15例,对照组采用常规透析治疗。观察组采用低温可调透析加用生脉注射液静脉滴注,1个月为1个疗程,观察治疗前后患者血透时血压的变化及IDH发生情况。结果两组治疗前后差异均有统计学意义(t=3.147、2.044,P<0.05)。结论观察组能显著改善血液透析过程中低血压发生的情况,有效预防IDH的发生。可有效减少透析治疗中出现低血压的次数,确保透析过程血压平稳,提高对透析耐受性,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To explore clinical effect of Shengmai injection combined with hypothermic adjustable sodium hemodialysis in prevention and treatment of hemodialysis-related hypotension(IDH).Methods Choose 30 cases maintenance hemodialysis patients with hypotension during dialysis,and divide them into two groups,15 cases in control group,15 cases in observation group.Control group was treated with routine dialysis treatment,and observation group with hypothermia adjustable dialysis plus Shengmai injection for intravenous infusion,one month was a treatment course.Observe changes of blood pressure and IDH occurrence before and after treatment.Results Difference between two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(t=3.147,2.044,P<0.05).Conclusion Observation group therapy can significantly improve occurrence of hypotension during hemodialysis and prevent IDH occurrence effectively,reduce number of hypotension in dialysis treatment effectively,ensure stable blood pressure during dialysis,and improve tolerance to dialysis,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
