唑来膦酸注射液治疗原发性骨质疏松的临床疗效及患者血液指标观察

摘　　要：目的观察分析原发性骨质疏松症应用唑来膦酸注射液治疗方法的临床效果与患者血液指标情况。方法随机选择我院在2018年1月至2018年12月接受唑来膦酸注射液治疗的原发性骨质疏松患者共计30例,对比观察治疗前与治疗后患者临床治疗状况、血液指标情况;利用双能X线骨密度仪器监测患者治疗前与治疗后的骨密度情况。结果通过对比治疗前与治疗后情况,30例患者病情得到明显改善与调节,总临床治疗有效率达到100.00%;患者血钙、磷、碱性磷酸酶等并不明显变化,尿DPD/Cr指标明显减少,且组间对比存在差异性(P<0.05);治疗前骨密度与治疗后相比,治疗后骨密度明显提升,组间对比存在差异性(P<0.05)。结论在原发性骨质疏松临床治疗中,采用唑来膦酸注射液治疗手段可以提高临床治疗效果,使临床治疗更加安全、高效、可靠。Objective To observe and analyze clinical effect and blood parameters of zoledronic acid injection on patients with primary osteoporosis.Methods Choose 30 cases primary osteoporosis patients received zoledronic acid injection in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 randomly.Compare and observe clinical treatment status and blood indicators of patients before and after treatment;with dual-energy X-ray bone mineral density equipment,monitor bone mineral density of patients before and after treatment.Results Comparing conditions before and after treatment,condition of 30 cases was significantly improved and adjusted,total clinical treatment efficiency reached 100.00%;blood calcium,phosphorus,alkaline phosphatase,etc.of patients showed no significant changes,urine DPD/Cr indicators reduced significantly,and difference between groups was different(P<0.05);before treatment and after treatment,bone mineral density was significantly improved after treatment with difference between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Zoledronic acid injection can improve clinical treatment effect and make clinical treatment safer in clinical treatment of primary osteoporosis,which is more efficient and more reliable.
