中西医结合治疗儿童点滴型银屑病98例见解

摘　　要：目的探讨儿童点滴型银屑病采用中西医结合治疗的效果。方法选取2017年10月至2018年10月98例点滴型银屑病患儿,均采用中西医结合治疗,分析治疗效果、治疗前后相关因子、PASI评分以及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后相关因子、PASI评分低于治疗前,P<0.05,所出现的并发症较少,总有效率较高。结论中西医结合治疗儿童点滴型银屑病效果较好,可有效改善相关因子水平,降低PASI评分以及不良反应发生率。Objective To explore effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on children with psoriasis.Methods Choose 98 cases drip psoriasis patients from October 2017 to October 2018,treat them with integrated Chinese and Western medicine,and analyze treatment effect,related factors before and after treatment,PASI scores and incidence of adverse reactions.Results Related factors and PASI scores after treatment were lower than before treatment,P<0.05,there were fewer complications,and higher total effective rate.Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is effective in treating children’s drip psoriasis,can improve level of related factors and reduce PASI scores and incidence of adverse reactions effectively.
