个性化护理在结核病合并艾滋病药物疹患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的评价个性化护理在结核病合并艾滋病药物疹患者的效果。方法选择2018年1月至2019年8月我院的结核病合并艾滋病药物疹患者45例,根据抽签法的标准分成2个小组,实验组23例采用个性化护理法,对照组22例采用基础护理法,分析护理后的心率、呼吸、血压、疼痛感分数、满意度、转归。结果在护理之后实验组的数据值优于对照组,相互的对比有差异,P<0.05。结论在结核病合并艾滋病药物疹护理工作中,正确采用个性化的护理手段,有助于改善临床指标,降低疼痛感,并全面提升满意度,推广的优势很好。Objective To evaluate effect of personalized care on patients with tuberculosis and AIDS drug eruption.Methods Choose 45 cases tuberculosis and AIDS drug eruption patients in our hospital from January 2018 to August 2019,divide them into two groups according to standard lottery method.23 cases in experimental group were treated with personalized nursing method,and 22 cases in control group with basic nursing method.analyze heart rate,breathing,blood pressure,pain score,satisfaction and outcome after nursing.Results After nursing,data value of experimental group was better than control group,and there was difference in between two groups,P<0.05.Conclusion Application of personalized nursing methods can improve clinical indicators,reduce pain,and improve overall satisfaction during nursing work of tuberculosis combined with AIDS drug eruption,with good advantages of promotion.
