益肾固卫汤治疗慢性荨麻疹表虚证的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察慢性荨麻疹表虚证采用益肾固卫汤治疗的效果。方法选取2017年4月至2019年4月收治的慢性荨麻疹表虚证患者130例,随机分为观察组和对照组各65例,对照组采取西药治疗,观察组给予益肾固卫汤治疗,对比效果。结果观察组风团情况、炎症因子水平均优于对照组,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益肾固卫汤治疗治疗慢性荨麻疹表虚证临床效果显著,值得应用。Objective To observe the effect of Yishen Guwei Decoction on chronic urticaria manifestation deficiency syndrome.Methods A total of 130 patients with chronic urticaria manifestation deficiency from April 2017 to April 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group each with 65 cases.Treatment,contrast effect.Results The wind group and inflammatory factor levels in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yishen Guwei Decoction has significant clinical effect in treating chronic urticaria surface deficiency syndrome and is worthy of application.
