摘　　要：目的为了提高呼吸机在临床使用中的安全性和有效性。方法通过对本医院呼吸机使用状况的研究,从呼吸机的故障类型、故障原因、维修方法、安全评价、质控管理等方面进行了分析和讨论,找到解决问题的办法和具体措施。结合相关行业标准,提出了管理要求。结果对我院2017~2018年按管理要求维修的41台呼吸机进行质量跟踪,未再次出现故障或引起不良事件。结论根据不同品牌呼吸机的故障分析和处理,制定相应管理方案,从而降低医疗风险,保障医疗工作顺利进行。Objective To improve the safety and effectiveness of ventilator in clinical use.Methods Based on the study of the use of ventilator in our hospital,the types,causes,maintenance methods,safety evaluation and quality control management of ventilator were analyzed and discussed,and the solutions and specific measures were found.Combined with relevant industry standards,management requirements are put forward.Results The quality of 41 ventilators maintained by our hospital from 2017 to 2018 according to the management requirements was tracked,and no malfunction or adverse event occurred again.Conclusion According to the failure analysis and treatment of different brands of ventilator,the corresponding management plan is made to reduce the medical risk and ensure the smooth progress of medical work.
