分析霉菌性外耳道炎患者接受耳内镜下外耳道冲洗及酮康唑纱条联合治疗实际价值

摘　　要：目的探讨分析霉菌性外耳道炎患者接受耳内镜下外耳道冲洗、酮康唑纱条联合治疗实际价值。方法选取140例霉菌性外耳道炎患者随机分为两组,对照组患者给予传统临床治疗,实验组患者则采用耳内镜下外耳道冲洗、酮康唑纱条联合治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗效果与治疗前后患者外耳道听力程度评分。结果实验组患者治疗后听力程度评分显著高于对组;治疗后患者治疗效果实验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论耳内镜下外耳道冲洗、酮康唑纱条联合治疗霉菌性外耳道炎的疗效显著,具有科学与深远的临床应用可行性。Objective To explore practical value externa endoscopic external auditory canal washing and ketoconazole gauze in treatment of mycotic otitis.Methods Choose 140 cases mycotic otitis patients,divide them into two groups randomly.Control group was treated with traditional clinical treatment,while experimental group with external auditory canal washing under otoendoscopy and ketoconazole gauze.Compare clinical effect and external auditory canal hearing score before and after treatment of two groups.Results Hearing degree scores in experimental group were significantly higher than control group,and curative effect in experimental group was better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion External auditory canal washing under otoendoscopy combined with ketoconazole gauze can achieve significant effect in treatment of mycotic otitis,with scientific and far-reaching clinical application feasibility.
