人文关怀护理在宫颈癌患者放射治疗中的应用情况及患者心理情绪改善分析与并发症发生情况研究

摘　　要：目的研究分析对接受放射治疗的宫颈癌患者在护理工作中应用人文关怀护理干预后的情况,以及对心理情绪改善作用、对并发症发生情况的影响作用。方法选择在2018年3月至2019年3月时段到我方医院接受放射治疗的宫颈癌病患,将随机抽签法作为基础,划分为参照组与实验组,26例/组。予以参照组行常规护理干预,实验组病患在参照组基础上行人文关怀护理干预。观察统计两组护理措施干预前后心理情绪(焦虑、抑郁)、生活质量改善情况以及并发症发生与护理满意度情况,并予以对比评价。结果护理措施干预前,两组患者组间对比SAS、SDS评分情况(P>0.05);干预后,组间对比上述评分结果显示实验组优于参照组(P<0.05)。干预后对比SF-36评分显示实验组优于参照组(P<0.05)。参照组并发症发生率对比实验组更低(P<0.05)。参照组护理满意度比实验组更高(P<0.05)。结论针对接受放射治疗的宫颈癌患者,将人文关怀护理应用到护理工作中,可有效改善其内心焦虑等负面情绪,降低并发症发生几率,在提高生活质量的同时,并提高对护理工作的满意度,在临床中具有进一步推广与应用的价值。Objective to study and analyze situation of humanistic nursing care intervention in radiotherapy of cervical cancer patients in nursing work,as well as effect on psychological and emotional improvement,and complications incidence.Methods choose cervical cancer patients received radiotherapy in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019.Based on random drawing method,divide them into reference group and experimental group,26 cases in each group.Reference group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and experimental group with humanistic nursing intervention based on reference group.Observe and count psychological emotions(anxiety,depression),life quality improvement,complications and nursing satisfaction of two groups before and after nursing measures intervention,and make comparative evaluation.Results before nursing measures intervention,compare SAS and SDS scores between two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,comparison of above scores between groups showed,experimental group was better than reference group(P<0.05).SF-36 scores of experimental group after intervention were better than reference group(P<0.05).Complications incidence of reference group 15.39%was lower than and 3.85%of experimental group(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree on nursing work of experimental group 92.31%,was higher than 80.77%of reference group,(P<0.05).Conclusion humanistic care nursing can improve negative emotions of inner anxiety effectively,reduce complications incidence,improve life quality,and nursing care work of cervical cancer patients receiving radiation therapy,and increase satisfaction degree,which has value of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
