观察分析冷冻治疗寻常疣与CO2激光治疗寻常疣的疗效和护理体会

摘　　要：目的采用冷冻治疗寻常疣,并在治疗期间实施临床护理,观察其临床疗效。方法抽取我中心皮肤科门诊在2018年7月至2019年10月之间治疗的84例寻常疣患者为研究对象,根据随机分组法将其分成Ⅰ组与Ⅱ组,每组均为42例,Ⅰ组给予液氮冷冻-棉签冷融法治疗,Ⅱ组给予CO2激光治疗,比较两组治愈率与护理满意度。结果Ⅱ组治愈率明显高于Ⅰ组,P<0.05。Ⅱ组护理满意度略高于Ⅰ组,但两组数据之间无明显差异,P>0.05。结论采用CO2激光治疗寻常疣,并在其治疗期间给予健康教育与皮肤护理,可显著提升其治愈率,获得较高满意度,建议在临床上推广使用。Objective to treat warts with cryosurgery,carry on clinical nursing during treatment period and observe clinical effect.Methods choose 84 cases common warts patients treated in in dermatology clinic of our center from July 2018 to October 2019 as research objects,divide them into groupⅠand groupⅡaccording to random grouping method,42 cases in each group.GroupⅠwas treated with liquid nitrogen freezing-cotton swab cold-melt treatment,and groupⅡwith CO2 laser treatment.Comparing cure rate and nursing satisfaction degree of two groups.Results cure rate of groupⅡwas significantly higher than groupⅠ,P<0.05.Nursing satisfaction of groupⅡwas slightly higher than groupⅠ,there was no significant difference between two groups,P>0.05.Conclusion CO2 laser treatment,health education and skin nursing can improve cure rate and satisfaction degree for common warts significantly,it is suggested to apply and premote in clinical practice.
